【摘 要】
当今社会为信息社会，世界已进入在计算机信息管理领域中激烈竞争的时代。信息已成为继劳动力、土地、资本之后的又一大资源，谁控制的信息越多，谁利用信息资源的效率越高，谁就会在各方面的竞争中，占有一席之地，谁就会更有优势，这一点已得到举世公认。为了抓住机遇，在竞争占得先机，作为生产企业的一个必不可少的重要环节—仓库管理的信息化、计算机化也就迫在眉捷了。开发仓库管理信息系统即有宏观上的意义，那就是顺应时代信息化、现代化潮流，提高效益，促进国民经济结构优化；也有微观上的意义，那就是可以提高管理的现代化程序，加强管理的信息化手段，提高工作效率，增加单位效益。本文介绍了在Visual Basic6.0可视化的开发环境下采用“自上而下地总体规划，自下而上地应用开发”的策略开发本系统的详细过程，仓库管理信息系统研究的内容涉及仓库管理的全过程，包括入库、出库、退货、订货、仓库统计查询等等，从软件工程的角度进行了科学而严谨的阐述。

【Abstract 】
Nowadays the society is a information-intensive society , the world has already entered in an era of keen competition in the information management field of the computer. Information has already become another big resource following workforce , land , capital, who information that control many, who utilize to high efficiency have information resources, who will be among the competition in various fields, occupying a tiny space, someone will have an advantage even more , this has already been got universally acknowledgedly. In order to seize the opportunity, take the first chance in the competition, compel in the eyebrow victory as an essential important link of the manufacturing enterprise - the informationization of stock control , computerization. Develop stock the management information system have meaning that macroscopic have promptly , that to comply with era informationization , modernized trend, increase the benefit, promote national economic structure to optimize; There are meanings in which microcosmic has too, that is the modernized procedure raising management, strengthen the management information-based means, improve working efficiency , increase unit's benefit. This text has been introduced and adopted master plan under the enviroment of Visual Basic6.0 visual development " to since goes to the fields , tactics on from bottom to top application and development " develop detailed course of system this, the whole course related to stock control of content of studying in the management information system of the stock, including put in storage , delivery of cargo from storage , sending back goods , ordering, the stock is counted and inquired about etc., carry on science in terms of soft project and rigorous exposition.
